What is Vape Shop Insurance?
Vape Shop Insurance is liability and property protection for slip and fall, product liability, advertising, fire, theft, and vandalism. The liability portion will protect the vape shop owner in the event a battery or devices explodes, or if there is a claims alleging any (HH) Health Hazard claims. The (BPP) Business Personal Property coverage will reimburse a vape shop owner in the event a fire loss, theft of (BPP), or other perils offered by the Vape Shop Insurance policy. Vape Shop owners should be aware that they are liable for the products they sell even if they did not manufacture them.
What is E-liquid Insurance?
E-liquid Insurance is liability protection for a manufacturer, distributor, or retailer against Health Hazard Claims and Personal/Advertising injury. Coverage is offered as mono-line Product Liability Insurance or General Liability including Product Liability Insurance for E-liquids.
What is Vape Product Liability Insurance?
Calco Vape Product Liability Insurance provides coverage in the event you are sued for an injury or property damage resulting from a device, component, or battery. The vape device can be electrical or mechanical. The most prevalent claims are from 18650 batteries exploding in people pockets due to contact with coins and keys.
